For the iPhone commercial I think that they are targeting current iPhone users, bandwagoners and people who focus on name brands. Apple wants to focus on the current iPhone users because for a business it is more profitable for them to keep long term customers customers verses losing customers regularly and gaining customers regularly. However, a smart consumer would not buy another phone if they already have an exact one so Apple emphasizes on the new model being different so that people would buy new phones. They focus on the bandwagon people by saying that 99% that have an iPhone love them. Hitting on the subject of customer satisfaction and that it is cool to have an iPhone. Lastly Apple focused on the people that like name brand by saying that If its not an iPhone its not an iPhone. Saying this is obvious and redundant so Apple says that to emphasize that iPhone is the brand to have.
For the Samsung commercial it was typically geared towards the young 'tech-savvy" male audience. the commercial is full of men wanting to meet and attractive female character across the street and they do so in a comedic fashion. It also has many "male" oriented jokes like a parody of Isaiah Mustafa the old spice guy, a taekwondo guy beating up another guy, and the room number being 69. Then the commercial shows off the tv's motion command capabilities and and that all of the men were misunderstanding the waving.
The last one the commercial, the Mercedes-Benz commercial, it was more of a broad focus, however the commercial tried to be cool and adorable at the the same time. The little boy travels across town, at the chance of getting in trouble or worse. He does this so that he can get a ride in a Mercedes-Benz from the police. We also learn that he has done this multiple times. The fact that a child is willing to do all of this for a car ride and recognizes the quality and coolness of the car speaks volumes about the car.

My night in jail
"Why does my head hurt so bad" I think as I start to come to. I wake up more and become more aware of my surroundings. The cot I am laying on is harder that a rock. The room is cold from the concrete walls surrounding me. The lights are so unbearably bright that I can not see much, even though squinted eyes. Eventually my eyes adjust to the light so I can see where I am at. I look around to see that I am in a jail cell filled only with the cot I was sitting on, a sink, mirror, and a metal toilet. I stand up and walk over to the mirror and see that my head was wrapped up in bandages. I freak out not knowing what happened to me. I yelled for help but no one responded. So there I was stuck in a jail cell with no memory of what happened or any one to help me figure out what happened last night. I sit down on the cot and I felt my pants tighten up. I released that my pocket were full. I emptied them and examined the objects. There was a pen with what seems to have a restaurant or club name on it, my cell phone, my wallet, a name scribbled on a piece of paper, and an extremely expensive looking ring. I look at these objects with confusion. "What kind of night did I have?" I ask myself. I pick up the pen first reading the name on it. The pen read Tin ‘n' Lint. I have never heard of that place in my life. there is no place near Defiance with remotely the same name. That made me think of another question, Where exactly am I? I then pick up my phone and see I have one percent battery left on my phone. Wanting to figure out what happened last night I open the browser and Googled the name of the club the name. Results came back the first link saying that Tin ‘n' Lint is in New York. As soon as I read that the screen went black. "I'm in New York?" I ask my self 'How did I even get here?" Next I looked at my wallet. nothing important seemed to be missing. My I.D. and credit cards, were all there but I was missing some cash.I must have been drinking last night too I thought. Next I looked at the piece of paper. It has a name written in cursive on it. I couldn't read the name on it but it was followed up by #12. I wonder what that is supposed to mean? Finally I pick up the ring and examen it. When I realized what it was I was in shock. The memory of last night flooded back in. What I was holding was a Green Bay Packers Super Bowl ring. What happened that night was that I had meet Arron Rodgers at the Tin ‘n' Lint being a huge fan I go up to him and strike a conversation with him. I ended up getting his autograph and he let me try on his Super Bowl ring. However he had to leave out of the blue and forgot his ring. I tried to find him him to return the ring but he was no where to be found. however some police officers were able to find me. They yell at me to stop but in a panic I started to run but before I could get any where I slipped on some ice and landed on my head. All the mysteries were solved. Where I was, what happened last night, why my head was wrapped up, and even what I was doing with a Super Bowl ring. Shortly after, Arron Rodgers and an officer arrived and let me out. He explains that everything has been explained and you are free to go. I handed Aaron his ring back and left to go home.

The day I 'destroyed' my face
When I was in fifth grade I was walking to Defiance Middle School from the school I attended, Saint Johns Catholic, for band class. For some reason, at this age I always liked to carry "treasures" in my pockets. These treasures would range from trading cards, to marbles from the Johns Mansfield factory across the street, to rocks that I found that were shiny or a cool shape or color. That day's treasure was a handful water balloons that I found in a box my basement. While me and two other boys from my class, who were also in band were walking, walking I pulled out the balloons so that I can blow them up. These balloons were small and old so they did not have any elasticity when I tried to blow it up. However, I was determined to blow it up so I continued trying. I blew harder and harder trying to blow it up but it did not give any. I gave it one more try but this time when it felt like it was finally going to start to blow up everything when black. When I came to everything hurt especially my face. What happened was that when I was trying to blow up the balloon instead of blowing up the balloon I was applying pressure to my head. I did this until I passed out and fell onto the school steps. I chipped my front tooth and scraped my face up on the concrete. I could feel the blood run down my face and I also tasted it in my mouth. The school called my mom and she was there in a couple of minutes worrying like a crazed mother would, rightly so, she was justified in her worrying. The school did not share the whole story they only told her that i passed out and injured my face. Instantly my mother comes to the conclusion that I have inherited the families history of diabetes and that is why I passed out. So she made a doctor's appointment for that day to get my blood tested for diabetes or low blood sugar. I was terrified of needles at the time and I knew what caused it so I was begging my mom not to take me to the doctors telling her what happened. She did not believe me and wanted to get my blood sugar checked any way so we went to the doctors. when we got there they took a blood sample and tested it, they also gave me pain pills and ointment for my face. When the test came back negative my mother was relived. However she didn't want me to go back to school that day, and she could not take off of work, so I got to spend the rest of the day and my Grandma and Grandpa's house playing my game boy. About a week later we finally got my tooth fixed and about a month later I was fully healed.
