The Raths and swimming

My dad's side of my family, the Raths, have an illustrious and long swimming career. It started with my dad who started in 71 at the age of 12. Shortly after, his 2 brothers and 3 sisters started swimming with him. That was the beginning of our career. Due to some of his siblings having an early parenthood and the age differences between his siblings, there were members of the first generation and the second swimming at the same time. Then as the first generation were retiring,  early members of the second generation were taking up the mantel. With the age difference in my dads family they were delivering a constant stream of children to swim. Some of my cousins swam at Napoleon most swam at Defiance but we had a member of the Rath family in a GNOAC (Greater Northwest Ohio Aquatic Club) championship meet for 45 years in a row. this record is still on going strong with the oldest member of Dad's families' grandchildren currently swimming, and my sister's daughter starting to prepare. This gives me or any of my cousins about 14 years to have children and get them into swimming. This is a new and unique kind of record that will be ongoing for a while and  that I can't see anyone breaking for a long time.
